Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Sr. Developer

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Noida / Pune / Chennai

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Perform regular system audits and ensure platform security and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, analysts, and project managers.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
