Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support our Director in managing day-to-day operations, tracking performance, and driving business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across teams, analysing data, and ensuring that every project moves smoothly from plan to execution.
You’ll play a key role in CRM lead management and distribution, data analytics, resource optimization, and result tracking across multiple parameters, while also assisting the Director in strategic planning and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track task progress and drive timely execution.
- Lead CRM lead management including lead allocation, tracking, and performance analytics.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
- Monitor results and KPIs across multiple parameters to identify improvement areas.
- Support in refining processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Manage communication between the Director and business teams for seamless coordination.
- Handle confidential data and provide high-level administrative and operational support.
