Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in project management, sprint planning, and multi-team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business and technical domains, with hands-on experience in wireframing, API testing, and a deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes. The role demands leadership, clear communication, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for multiple projects.

• Manage and mentor junior BAs, coordinating with development, QA, and design teams.

• Conduct project planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release tracking activities.

• Prepare and maintain detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and functional flow diagrams to support UI/UX design and

stakeholder understanding.

• Perform API testing and validation during integration phases to ensure technical accuracy and

completeness of requirements.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and

Retrospectives.

• Monitor progress against timelines, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks and mitigation steps.

• Collaborate with clients for requirement sign-offs, demos, and UAT validations.

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and quality assurance standards across all projects.

• Support QA teams during testing by clarifying business logic and acceptance criteria.


Required Skills & Competencies:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proven ability in project management, sprint planning, and multi-team handling.

• Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).

• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flow, and system integrations.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace, and project

dashboards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSPO, etc.) will be an added advantage.
