Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google search, online Market intelligence platforms such as Lusha, Fundoodata, etc. and from offline networks of the marketing/digital marketing decision makers of Ecommerce and Education business from select markets 3.Maintaining the database on CRMs and internal templates of the organization 4 Cold outreach 5.Make Sales calls to identified prospects in India and internationally 6.Connect with identified prospects through linkedin and begin engaging through in mails or linkedin messages 7.Set Up Cold email drips to prospects in order to convey your messages and get them to opt for meetings with us Sales Meetings 1.Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client 2.Having effective sales meetings in order to: *Understand the digital marketing needs/problems/desires of the client *Position Upila as the best choice in terms of a data driven marketing partner for the client *Generate requirements for digital marketing from the client Sales Proposals 1.Create presentations based on the client requirements and present them when necessary 2.Coordinate with the delivery team (strategy, media plan etc) team to generate proposals 3.Awareness of the use of AI-generated tools for creating pitch decks and proposalsSales Conversion 1.Negotiate win-win deals 2.Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines Client Coordination 1.Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client 2.Be the interface between the client and the delivery team till the client is onboarded. 3.Effectively hand over to the account management team once the client is onboarded. Qualifications:Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.1 year proven experience in sales of DM services ,Creative/Advertising services or Media sales. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation and learning skillsSelf-motivated, confident, and adaptable with a high energy level.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Documentation Skills
