Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for conversion.
  • Prepare and manage Rental Agreements, drafts, and documentation.
  • Create and edit business documents using MS Word.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly lead generation activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, basic formulas, lead tracking).
  • Proficiency in MS Word for drafting agreements and documents.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales process.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency

  • MS Excel (lead management and reporting)
  • MS Word (rental agreement and document drafting)
  • MS Office tools

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers with strong communication and MS Office knowledge are welcome.
