Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join the Hues Network team full-time at our Bhubaneswar studio. This is an on-site role where you’ll live and breathe content — strategizing, creating, and executing campaigns that drive engagement, tell stories, and grow communities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage brand voices across multiple platforms, jump on trends before they fade, and confidently work with clients and creators.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, strategize, and execute content calendars for brands under Hues Network.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with consistent tone, style, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the design, copy, and video teams to create scroll-stopping content — reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Track analytics and optimize performance based on insights.
  • Handle client communications, feedback, and brainstorming sessions with confidence and creativity.
  • Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) to ideate and generate content concepts faster.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, paid ad boosts, and cross-brand engagement activities.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or related creative roles.
  • Proven experience handling multiple brand pages or clients.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills (both written and visual).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) for ideation and content generation.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, meme culture, and digital communities.
  • A natural extrovert — comfortable in front of clients, cameras, and conversations.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of advertising dashboards (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.


Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or event coverage.
  • Familiarity with photo/video editing tools or basic design using Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Creative copywriting ability and campaign ideation skills.
Other Details
  • Full-time on-site role (no remote).
  • Minimum 2 years experience required.
  • Candidates with their own laptop/smartphone for content coordination preferred.
  • Must bring energy, originality, and the ability to turn ideas into viral moments.
