Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AEM Forms development.

- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer and AEM Forms Designer.

- Familiarity with AEM Forms Workbench.

- Proven experience integrating AEM Forms with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities :

AEM Forms Development :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AEM Forms solutions.

- Utilize Adobe LiveCycle Designer and AEM Forms Designer to create and manage dynamic forms.

- Implement and manage XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath within AEM Forms projects.

Integration :

- Integrate AEM Forms with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.

- Ensure effective integration with third-party systems using APIs and web services.

Team Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AEM Forms developers.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Project Management :

- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in AEM Forms development.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
