About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AEM Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of complex AEM solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical details will be essential for our success.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts to gather requirements, design, and build robust AEM solutions (formerly Adobe CQ).

- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Develop and implement functionalities within AEM using AEM APIs, workflows, components, and other development tools.

- Configure and manage AEM security, deployment, search, publishing, personalization, SEO, multi-site management, multi-channel delivery, responsive web design (RWD), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionalities.

- Integrate AEM with external systems such as Digital Commerce platforms (Hybris/ATG), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and other relevant applications.

- Champion DevOps principles and best practices within the development lifecycle.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Document requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines.

- Create and maintain day-to-day architecture plans for AEM projects.

- Lead and guide the implementation team, acting as a technical consultant.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user-identified functional and technical issues related to AEM.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as an AEM developer or a related role.

- In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, functionalities, and development best practices.

- Strong understanding of CQ5/CQ6 migration principles (if applicable).

- Proficiency in developing AEM components, workflows, and services using Java and AEM APIs.

- Experience with AEM scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTL).

- Familiarity with AEM security, deployment, search, publishing, personalization, SEO, multi-site management, multi-channel delivery, RWD, and DAM functionalities.

- Experience integrating AEM with external systems (e.g., Hybris, ATG, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

- Working knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
