Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with our development and business teams to deliver exceptional AI-powered solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with FYORA’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch.
  • Translate user requirements into actionable product features and roadmaps.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog and development sprints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and product performance to guide iterations.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in product management, preferably within tech or AI-based startups.
  • Proven experience managing products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation technologies, and SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working directly with development teams (especially in AI/ML).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
