Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Kanpur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, handling tax matters, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. The role also involves coordinating with external auditors and financial institutions. Qualifications Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles, and bookkeepingExperience in preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring complianceStrong skills in accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and tax managementExcellent analytical and reporting skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keepingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification preferredExperience in the retail or jewellery industry is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment
