Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of influencer marketing, working on high-profile campaigns and learning from the best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Influencer Research: Identify and shortlist influencers based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Relationship Building: Communicate with influencers and their representatives to coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Content Curation: Review and ensure content meets client guidelines before publication.
- Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed post-campaign reports.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, sales, and creative teams to align influencer strategies with brand goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for Social Media: Strong interest in social media platforms, trends, and influencer culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
