This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of influencer marketing, working on high-profile campaigns and learning from the best in the industry.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.- Influencer Research: Identify and shortlist influencers based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.- Relationship Building: Communicate with influencers and their representatives to coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.- Content Curation: Review and ensure content meets client guidelines before publication.- Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed post-campaign reports.- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, sales, and creative teams to align influencer strategies with brand goals.Requirements:- Education: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Passion for Social Media: Strong interest in social media platforms, trends, and influencer culture.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.- Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.What We Offer:- Hands-on experience with real-world campaigns.- Mentorship from industry experts.- Opportunity to work with top brands and influencers.- A vibrant and collaborative work environment.
