Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Designer who can bring ideas to life through high-impact pitch decks and visually strong social media creatives. This role demands a strong sense of layout, clarity, modern design language, and the ability to turn strategic thinking into compelling visual stories. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and account teams to deliver fast, polished, on-brand design output.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually striking pitch decks with strong narrative flow, clean layouts, and premium presentation aesthetics.
  • Create on-demand social media creatives across formats: static, carousel, stories, thumbnails, and light animation.
  • Translate briefs into clear visual directions, moodboards, and concept boards.
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients, especially in luxury, lifestyle, and youth-led categories.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to interpret ideas and bring them to life visually.
  • Ensure quick turnaround without compromising design quality or attention to detail.
  • Manage file organization, templates, and design systems for efficient workflow.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of design experience in an agency, studio, or digital-first brand environment.
  • Strong skills in presentation design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple brand worlds—from refined luxury to more vibrant youth culture.
  • A portfolio showcasing pitch decks, digital creatives, and social-first design work.
