About the Role

As a Delivery Excellence Specialist, you will work closely with our business engagements to:

  • Enhance customer experience through coaching, enablement, and fact-based decision-making.
  • Drive visibility, repeatability, consistency, and predictability in delivery engagements.
  • Lead practice-level initiatives that quantitatively improve delivery maturity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement ISO 20K practices in line with the ITIL framework.
  • Enable and train teams on service management processes.
  • Lead service design, rollout, and enablement across practices.
  • Conduct engagement audits and lead ISO 20K certification programs.
  • Design and deploy scorecards and dashboards to measure service maturity.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Work with leadership to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise setup.
  • Conduct trainings and drive service improvement initiatives.
  • Present insights and performance updates to customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years’ experience in Infrastructure Managed Services and Service Management (ITIL-based).
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure landscapes and cloud technologies.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and innovative thinker.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Experience in Power BI visualization and reporting.
