What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a sharp, insight-driven Intelligence Advisory Consultant to join our team. This role demands a strong analytical and intelligence mindset, storytelling finesse, and the ability to translate complex market signals into compelling, actionable insights for clients. You’ll work across industries to decode economic trends, synthesize primary and secondary research, and deliver high-impact advisory outputs.


key responsibilities.

● Synthesize insights across industries, geographies, and stakeholder inputs to uncover strategic patterns.

● Conduct interviews, surveys, and desk research (secondary) to gather and structure raw data inputs.

● Derive hypotheses and validate them using forecast models and secondary data.

Identify market trends and macro-economic data through various statistical boards such as OECD, World Bank, BLS, Eurostat, IMF etc.

● Build strategic reports that highlight the “so what” storytelling and deliver the “aha” moments for clients.

● Create client-ready presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.

● Present final research findings/output to clients in meetings and workshops with clarity and confidence.

● Use tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Slides/Powerpoint to clean, analyze, and visually represent data, turning complex insights into charts, maps, and infographics that support strategic storytelling..

● Analyze macroeconomic indicators (GDP, inflation, unemployment, etc.) and infer implications for talent, industry and business strategy.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape advisory deliverables.

● 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy research, or market intelligence.

● Good secondary and primary research skills.

● Experience in storytelling and writing skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity.

● Proficiency in data/trend analysis and pattern identification.

● Experience with report building, slide drafting, and make it client/workshop ready.

● Skilled in stakeholder engagement and client query resolution, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

● Proficient in economic fundamentals (e.g. gdp, inflation etc.).

● Adaptable and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting ● Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas beyond the usual scope.

● Prior experience in talent strategy, talent advisory, talent intelligence, or workforce planning is a plus but not essential.

● Familiarity with white paper, syndicate reports, thought leadership and market intelligence studies.

● Experience working across global markets and comparative benchmarking.

● Proficient in handling GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.

● Exposure using LinkedIn, job boards and similar labour tools (not a must have).

● Proven client-facing experience and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

● Skilled in developing interactive dashboards and visual reports through platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI and other visualization tools.
