Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised, educated, and professional Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneur who operates businesses and trading activities across multiple countries. The role involves coordinating international schedules, handling complex travel arrangements, managing household operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning across different time zones.
This position requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a globally mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage multi-country calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate communications across international time zones
- Draft, review, and maintain emails, documents, and travel files
- Handle global bookings (hotels, flights, lounges, airport arrangements)
- Maintain confidential records, financial documents, and sensitive information
- Support with business tasks, research, and basic reporting
International Travel Coordination
- Plan and execute complex multi-city travel itineraries
- Handle visas, e-visas, travel insurance, forex, SIM cards, and documentation
- Ensure smooth airport transfers, priority check-ins, and travel logistics
- Track travel expenses and maintain organised records
- Stay available for coordination during international travel days
Household & Lifestyle Management
- Oversee household operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage repairs, AMC schedules, groceries, deliveries, and daily oversight
- Manage staff (housemaids, drivers, cooks) when required
- Maintain inventory of essentials and ensure the home runs smoothly during travel
- Coordinate schedules for cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers
Errands & Personal Assistance
- Manage shopping, pickups, reservations, and personal tasks
- Organise personal files, IDs, travel documents, and renewals
- Assist with online purchases, event bookings, and appointments
- Support during travel, shoots, events, and occasional business meetings

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent English communication—spoken and written
- 2–5 years experience as PA/EA/House Manager, ideally in an international or HNW environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Professional appearance and communication etiquette
- Competent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online booking platforms
- Comfortable working with flexible hours and international coordination
- Valid passport & willingness to travel occasionally (if required)

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for international exposure and long-term growth.
Total Compensation (CTC): Up to INR 25 lakhs per annum
