Picture Yourself At Pega :

- As a key contributor to the Pega Sales Consulting team, you will work closely with the Pega Sales team

- Account Execs, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Business Officers, and other groups to ensure the successful execution of our sales strategy.

- You will build and leverage relationships as you spend time improving Client health and bringing in new sales opportunities as part of the account sales strategy.

What You'll Do At Pega :

- Manage multiple clients simultaneously as part of an account portfolio assigned by the Solutions Consultant Director.

- Assist the sales team with the radiation strategy into target accounts by building customer relationships.

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple people in the account (special focus on development staff); serving as the account's advocate within Pega.

- Provide development guidance and best practices to client and partner development resources.

- Proactively collaborate with the client developer community on product roadmaps and gather detailed use cases that can be shared with the Account team and product teams.

- Leverage industry and product knowledge to share insights about how client can maximize license to drive business benefits.

- Responsible for the technical demonstrations of design solutions of the Pega applications, integration, and project workflow of various Pega projects using Pega Infinity, Pega Mobile, and Pega Strategic Apps

- Ability to interact with a wide range of internal/external users and stakeholders.

- Ability to manage constructive criticisms and feedback and to positively apply this feedback.

- Ability to explain the reasoning behind the architectural decision based on enterprise and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, interviewing, and collaborative skills and Strong presentation skills

- Ability to demonstrate to the stakeholders, the power of using Pega OOTB in meeting business objectives.

Additionally, You Are Expected To :

- Practice "active listening" and "constructive conflict" to exercise ideas, ensure alignment, and evolve their opinions.

- Understands the true nature (and consequences) of needs - never settles for "requirements.

- Proactively reports issues ASAP but still owns the outcome (never over-escalates)

- Build the knowledge base required to maximize value of the product, including demonstrating new or upgraded functionality and using case studies to convey best practices.

Who You Are :

- You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience collaborating with technical architects, business users and engineers.

- BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical field of study

- 10+ years relevant work experience, 5+ years in consulting or product development.

- Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) and Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog

- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure

- Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation

- Experience in Financial Services / Telecom / Healthcare preferred.

- Required to complete Solutions Consultant enablement track.

- Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi-channel business architectures including CRM, web, mobile, legacy, and 3rd-party software systems and the key linkages between them.

What You've Accomplished :

- Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management solutions (CRM) or other complex IT projects within large enterprises (Financial Services / Telecom / Healthcare preferred)

- Skilled at Program Management within large organizations, helping to effectively drive change across groups by engaging key stakeholders

- Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating technical meetings and workshops

- Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies, concepts and benefits

- Working knowledge of the software development process and of software design

- Provided thought leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions.

- Provided technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues.
