  • TalendIn this role, As a Talend Solution Architect, your primary role is to design and implement data integration and management solutions using Talend's suite of products.
Responsibilities· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design data integration and management solutions using Talend products.

Create detailed architecture designs, data models, and technical specifications.· Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor team members on best practices, design patterns, and Talend development methodologies.· Lead or participate in the development of data integration jobs, workflows, and processes using Talend Studio.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Talend development best practices.· Define data models, mappings, and transformations to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and migration.

Implement data quality checks and validation rules to maintain data integrity.· Optimize Talend jobs and processes for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through tuning, optimization, and parallelization techniques.· Design and implement integrations between Talend and other systems, databases, and applications.

Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between heterogeneous environments.· Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.

Implement encryption, access controls, and data masking techniques as needed.· Set up monitoring tools and processes to track the health and performance of Talend integration jobs and processes.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and data loss.· Create comprehensive documentation for Talend solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on using and maintaining Talend-based solutions.· Build and maintain relationships with Talend representatives and service providers.

Stay updated with the latest product features, updates, and roadmap to leverage new capabilities in solution designs.· Continuously assess the effectiveness of Talend solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Propose and implement enhancements to optimize data integration processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.· Strong expertise in Talend Data Integration, Talend Big Data, and other Talend products.· Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).· Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL query optimization.· Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or others.· Experience with data modeling, schema design, and data mapping/transformation techniques.· Good interpersonal, problem solving and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Talend Data Integration Certified Developer or Talend Data Integration Certified Administrator certification.· Experience with various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).· Extensive experience with Talend Data Integration, including advanced features such as job orchestration, data quality, and metadata management.
