Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - CPI BTP
SAP BTP, or Business Technology Platform, is Business-centric and open technology platform of SAP that can improve how a business works.
And CPI is a tool included in it that works as a middleware solution with a sense of replication integrated with its core.
Responsibilities- Should have experience on BTP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP PO single stack.
- Responsible for architecting integrations between on premise SAP S/4 HANA and cloud applications (such as SFDC, SAP Fiori Cloud, etc.), other middleware applications (like: Informatica cloud, GXS Open text (MFT) tools) and on premise applications (like DB applications).
- Should understand the functional design, gathering requirements and scoping solutions, technical design, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing solutions
- Should be familiar with cloud connector setup configurations for connecting CPI to on premise applications (like: S4 HANA, Mail server, DB, etc.)
- Should have worked as a hands-on CPI middleware consultant as an individual contributor.
- Must have hands on exposure in BTP IS - Cloud Integration, API Management (API portal, API Business Hub) expertise with policies, products, application creation.
- Should be able to finetune API related I/F's adhering to best practices.
- Use API Portal to call exposed SAP S4 HANA standard/custom API's (via APIM) and necessary configuration setup within S4 HANA for invoking (REST/SOAP/ODATA API's)
- Experience in configuring API providers.
- Participate in external forums such as SCN, SAP Tech Ed, etc. as part of the competency agenda
- Contribute to proposal build, orals, etc. across the opportunity cycle
- Provide Solution Architecture guidance for identified projects
Graduation:
B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA
Preferred Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
- Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
