The Digital team at Pegasystems creates, maintains and continuously improves the websites that help people learn, sell and buy Pega applications.

The 8+ digital applications we work on span multiple technology domains from data processing and the development of microservices to the management of full-scale web applications.

In this role you will join our global, diverse team of content creators, developers, and designers to develop cutting edge solutions across multiple digital properties.

You'll also be a key member of the Digital Team, which unifies functionality, look and feel across all Pega's public facing digital properties using Javascript, PHP, Python, Gen AI and Pega implementations.


What You'll Do at Pega:


As a member of the Digital team you will build, enhance, and maintain our growing list of solutions to support the business in procuring, enabling, and supporting clients.


  • Full Stack/Front End development for PHP / Javascript web systems
  • Build and code enterprise class corporate and community websites.
  • Resolve complex issues reported on existing production systems.
  • Partner with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate web sites with Pega's enterprise systems
  • Work with the test automation team to implement continuous regression test suites as new features are implemented
  • Develop front-end applications utilizing the React framework.
  • Develop services leveraging Nodejs, PHP, Python and the latest Large Language models.
  • Work with Digital Team to deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Distil complex requirements into bite sized technical specs.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization.
  • Engage with the IT community to bring new ideas to our user experiences.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how we can utilize new technology to improve customer experiences and IT efficiency.

Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on projects.
Comfortable switching between languages and technologies as needed.
Passion for learning and applying new web technology and understanding complex interactions between systems.
A commitment to collaboration and teamwork in all facets of Web developmentExcellent critical reasoning, oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

What You've Accomplished:

  • 7+ years PHP/ES6 Javascript development experience with a CMS
  • 3+ years Experience with code version control with GIT with branching strategies like GitFlow
  • 3+ years Experience with agile software development and Scrum
  • SSH and Unix command line skills
  • 1+ years working with Generative AI solutions
