As a Community Growth & Engagement Associate, you'll be the bridge between our brand and our audience. You'll drive workshop sales, build strong customer relationships, and engage with our community both online and offline. At the same time, you'll take on a business analyst mindset — collecting data, spotting trends, and helping shape our future strategies based on real insights.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Sales

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing workshop attendees.
  • Follow up with leads promptly via WhatsApp, email, and calls to maximize conversions.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Represent the brand at events, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Content & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create community-focused stories, posts, and updates.
  • Share behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, and event highlights across social channels.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments or messages in a timely, engaging manner.

Business Analysis & Insights

  • Track and report key community metrics — attendance, engagement rates, repeat booking patterns, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify common themes, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present monthly insight reports with actionable recommendations for class offerings, marketing focus, and engagement strategies.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics relevant to food and experiential communities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, community management, customer success, or event coordination (experience in F&B or lifestyle brands is a plus).
  • Strong people skills — warm, approachable, and genuinely curious about others.
  • Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
  • Comfort with basic data tracking, Excel/Google Sheets, and using insights to guide decisions.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
