The Opportunity:

We're seeking enthusiastic and crypto-savvy interns to join our growth team As a Community Content & Growth Intern, you'll play a vital role in increasing Moonrig's visibility and engagement across key online crypto communities. You'll create authentic content, participate in discussions, and help build genuine connections with potential users on various User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms.

Role Summary:

You will be Moonrig's voice and eyes across the web, actively promoting our brand and engaging with the crypto community. Your primary focus will be creating compelling content and participating authentically in relevant forums, social media groups (Telegram, Discord, Reddit), Twitter (X), and other crypto discussion hubs to drive awareness, interest, and positive sentiment towards Moonrig.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation:

• Draft engaging and informative content pieces (opinions, mini-reviews, comparisons, ratings, insightful comments) tailored for different platforms (Reddit, forums, Twitter threads, Telegram discussions).
• Highlight Moonrig's features, benefits, and unique value proposition within the crypto ecosystem.
• Adapt tone and style to match specific community guidelines and norms.
• Identify relevant trending topics and news to integrate Moonrig insights naturally.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

• Proactively identify and join relevant crypto-focused online communities (e.g., Reddit subreddits, Telegram/Discord channels, crypto forums like Bitcointalk, Twitter spaces).
• Participate authentically in discussions, answer questions (where appropriate), and share valuable insights, subtly promoting Moonrig when relevant and helpful.
• Build positive relationships within these communities.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across platforms.

Brand Advocacy:

• Represent Moonrig professionally and authentically online.
• Promote Moonrig news, updates, and content strategically within relevant discussions.
• Help shape positive perceptions of the Moonrig brand.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Track key metrics related to your activities (e.g., posts made, engagement received, community growth, sentiment shifts).
• Report on community trends, feedback, and common questions encountered.
• Provide insights on community perception and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Active Participant: Regularly engaged in online crypto communities (Reddit, Telegram, Twitter, Forums, Discord, etc.) and deeply familiar with their culture and etiquette.
• Crypto Passion: Strong interest in and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, and trading concepts. Genuine enthusiasm for the Moonrig platform is a huge plus
• Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively in various styles (forum posts, comments, short reviews).
• Communication Savvy: Ability to engage in discussions respectfully and build rapport online. Understands the line between promotion and spam.
• Research Skills: Ability to quickly grasp Moonrig's products and value proposition, and research relevant topics for content.
• Initiative & Proactivity: Self-starter who can identify opportunities and act independently with guidance. Comfortable working remotely.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms, forums, and messaging apps used in crypto.

Bonus Points:

• Experience creating crypto-related content (blog posts, tweets, forum threads, videos).
• Existing positive reputation/karma in major crypto communities (Reddit, specific forums).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or community management principles.
• Knowledge of competitor platforms in the crypto analytics/tools space.
