If you thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and are ready to make a massive impact on a large-scale consumer platform, this role is for youKey Responsibilities & The Growth MandateAs the Growth Product Leader, you will:Own the Growth Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap for all strategic growth initiatives, constantly seeking out new opportunities in a highly evolving industry. Agility and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude are mandatory.Drive Business Outcomes: Work closely with business counterparts to identify high-impact growth opportunities and productize them, ensuring features directly affect the business bottom line.Lead with Data: Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs). Take a rigorous, data-driven approach, using tools like Amplitude, Segment, and Clevertap for iterative product development and A/B testing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a strong cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, Business teams, and Data Analysts to ensure fast-paced execution and success.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4 product professionals, fostering a culture of strong ownership and entrepreneurial instinct.Ideal Candidate ProfileMandatory Experience & Scope:Total Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.Domain Expertise: Proven track record in driving Online E-commerce Growth.Leadership: Experience in handling and managing a team.Stakeholder Acumen: Demonstrated success in navigating a multiple stakeholder environment.Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:Product Strategy: Expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, defining long-term vision, and measurable outcomes.Customer Empathy: Possess strong customer empathy and strive for customer evangelism.Technical Acumen: Well-versed with analytical tools (Eg.
