YOUR ROLE:



A chance to make the difference.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to ensure product requirements are met and customer issues are resolved.

• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and team alignment to deliver on roadmap goals.

• Maintain development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and process improvements.

• Monitor software performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage product lifecycle activities.

• Foster cross-team communication, continuous improvement, and alignment with overall company strategy. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• 3Proven experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance.

• Strong expertise in modern development practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management.

• Solid knowledge of C++, Python, experienced in C#/WPF

• Experience with 3D modeling

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English • Excellent leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical abilities.

• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
