Each project is conceptualized, detailed, and executed end-to-end with an in-house team.About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performance Sales Manager who can confidently handle premium clientele, drive end-to-end sales cycles, and uphold the brand’s commitment to bespoke luxury interior execution.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst layer calls to be nurtured and built confidence in.Manage and convert qualified leads through structured follow-ups and relationship building.Conduct client discovery calls to understand requirements, budget alignment, and project intent.Set, schedule, lead, and run meetings with prospective clients smoothly and professionally.Present Furbishy’s portfolio with clarity, confidence, and brand-aligned communication.Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, objection-handling & closing with precision.Maintain strong discipline on CRM updates, lead progression, and deal timelines.Collaborate closely with the Design & Execution teams to ensure seamless handovers post-close.Uphold the brand’s tone, ethics, and reputation at every client touchpoint.Invoicing and onbaording hygiene to be done in a well documented way.Required Skills & AttributesProven experience in selling interior design services or high-ticket home & lifestyle solutions.Strong communication—articulate, composed, and client-first in approach.Confident dealing with HNIs / luxury clientele and high-value decision-making.Sharp negotiation skills with a results-focused, deal-closure mindset.Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small team environment.Understands the urgency and ownership involved in building a growing firm.To also be able to handle international clients if need be.If this sounds exciting please reach out to us and we'll take you placesPlease share resume and contact on 9019334844 for quick process.
