Live Operations/Monetization Specialist

Job Overview

The Live Operations Specialist is expected to be an expert of the game, responsible for planning, creating, releasing, and optimizing all in-game offerings, promotions, and events. The LiveOps Specialist will work directly with the product team, and their key responsibility is to boost monetization and engagement.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set up all in-game activities, promotions, offerings, and events
  • Analyse and report all relevant KPIs regularly
  • Collaborate with the product team and other relevant stakeholders to define the LiveOps strategy for offerings, promotions, and events
  • Manage the LiveOps roadmap and own all planning/scheduling activities, both long-term and short-term
  • Define the communications strategy for every LiveOps activity, conceptualize with the product/design team, work with artists/designers to create assets/content, and manage their in-game display
  • Improve all LiveOps actions against targets and implement best practices


Qualifications

  • Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency with tools, and expertise using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Passion for games
  • Relevant experience in gaming (mobile) will be a plus
  • Experience in marketing, testing, or as a technical process specialist will be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of analytical tools or SQL (or any other query language) will be a plus
