Job Description :


At Refyne, we're looking for a rockstar program management professional who can think on their feet and manage the deliverables for a variety of projects we're running. You'll be the central point of contact for stakeholders, guarantee projects are delivered efficiently, and ensure everyone is having a blast (not literally, but you get the idea).

As a program manager at Refyne, you'll be responsible for :

- Developing project plans and coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

- Establishing and continuously improving best practices for flawless delivery of project deliverables.

- Managing relationships with relevant stakeholders with respect to project timelines and progress.

- Monitoring escalated incidents, ensuring accurate and timely communication between end-users, development, quality/test, and leadership team.

- Documenting problem resolution steps, compile, and update user documentation, including but not limited to training materials, technical manuals, and technical support FAQs.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes, including technical guides, API documentation, and FAQs for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Participating in go-live for integration launches including managing product config and incident management.


Query Languages :


- The ability to whip up basic search queries is crucial.


- It's about being able to jump into databases, pull the information needed without a hitch.


Programming Know-How :


- Candidate should have a decent handle on a couple of essential programming languages.


- Whether it's Python, Java, or something else. This is not a must, but a plus point


No-Code Savvy :


- If you know their way around no-code tools to streamline tasks, that's a big plus.
