
Digital Marketing Executive

We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to run campaigns on Meta and Google Ads along with SEO (on-page and off-page). The ideal candidate will drive conversions and ROI through strategic targeting, creative collaboration, and data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution· Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) in line with performance goals.
· Segment and target audiences — custom, lookalike, demographic, interest-based — to maximise relevance.
Creative Coordination & A/B Testing· Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop persuasive ad creatives and optimised landing pages.
· Conduct A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, visuals, and landing page flows.
· Iterate campaigns based on performance insights.
Budget Management & Optimisation· Allocate and manage media budgets across channels.
· Monitor pacing and adjust bids to maximise ROI.
· Continuously optimise campaigns by shifting budgets to high-performing segments.
Continuous Learning & Trend Integration· Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and industry best practices.
· Bonus: Experience in real estate campaigns will be a strong advantage.
Website SEO Responsibilities· Ensure on-page SEO hygiene in collaboration with the content team.
· Stay up to date with SEO trends and integrate them into the brand's digital properties.
· Manage off-page SEO activities including back links and directory submissions.
Skills & Qualifications Platform Expertise· Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytical & Reporting Skills· Proficient in UTM tagging, GTM, Google Analytics, and Excel / Looker Studio / Data Studio.
Data-Driven Marketing· Strong grasp of metrics like CPC, ROAS, CTR, CPA.
· Ability to derive and act on data-led insights.
Collaboration & Communication· Strong coordination skills with creative teams.
· Clear, structured communication of performance insights to stakeholders.
Organizational Ability· Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
About You· Analytical & Problem-solving: You thrive on data and ROI improvement.
· Collaborative: You work well with both creatives and marketing strategists.
· Always Learning: You stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates.
· Structured & Detail-Oriented: You manage campaigns, timelines, and budgets with precision.
Experience & Education : Minimum 2 years in digital/performance marketing, managing Google and Meta Ads. Basically a person should know their way around Performance Marketing and SEO, even if they have lesser experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
