This role requires exceptional problem-solving, execution & communication skills. You’ll have an opportunity to solve complex business problems which will impact 500 million lives.Product Development: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.● Use existing product’s usage to identify potential enhancements and new initiatives.● Assist in the development of product features, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Project Management: ● Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion. ● Drive projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.● Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to execute project plans effectively.● Help in unblocking any cross functional teams that may be impacted by an outbound release.Communication:● Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.● Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.● Communicate status and impact of outbound releases to all relevant stakeholders in an easy to consume format.Data Analysis: ● Utilize data analytics tools to assess product performance and user behavior.● Draw actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and strategies.● Define KPIs for your areas that align with business objectives.● Actively track these KPIs pre and post release to validate your hypothesis and/or take corrective measures.Root cause analysis: ● Identify challenges and obstacles in our user’s lifecycle (both external users as well as internal stakeholders).● Deep dive into challenges reported prioritizing them based on user pain and pinpoint actual root causes that cause these challenges.● Help identify ways to solve for these root causes and outline the expected impact.Business Impact ● Translate product outcomes into measurable business value—acquisition, engagement, retention, and cost efficiency.● Drive pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies for new offerings.● Support growth and scale initiatives across Wiom’s expanding footprint.What makes you a great fit? ● Education Qualifications & work experience● B.Tech or MBA from a tier 1 institute.● 8-12 years of experience in a product role or an overall experience of 2-3 years in a data centric role , with at least 4–5 years leading PM teams.● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the startup ecosystem is good to have.● Technical & Soft Skills● Ability to think user first is highly desirable.● Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, Excel, MixPanel, CleverTap, Confluence, Metabase is a should have● Proven ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities● Familiarity with product management principles and practices.● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
