As a Director / VP Product you will collaborate cross-functionally with senior business stakeholders, engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer success to shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure each release drives measurable value.Responsibilities🔹 Product Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals.Translate user needs and market trends into a compelling roadmap.Build strong product narratives using customer insights and data.🔹 Roadmap & Feature PlanningDevelop and maintain detailed product backlogs and release plans.Write clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.Prioritize features using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs. effort.🔹 Execution & DeliveryWork closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality products on time.Validate solutions through usability testing, prototypes, and MVPs.🔹 Metrics & Continuous ImprovementDefine OKR and success metricsUse data and feedback to iterate on existing features.Stay updated on market and competitor trends.Qualifications Required:8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS platformsPrior experience in higher education technology solutions, student engagement platforms, or student information systems is a significant advantageProven experience building and scaling AI/GenAI-powered products, ideally in conversational AI (voice or chat), with a clear track record of delivering measurable ROI.Hands-on expertise in applying LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-driven automation to ship real customer-facing features that improve efficiency and user experience.Must have understanding and experience in applying Product roadmap strategies, Persona identification, PRD documentation , user story drafting , DOD drafting.Understanding of Agile, Jira and confluenceExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make decisionsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering consistent results.
