We are looking for an Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative expression of Scry AI across products, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring that our brand communicates cutting-edge AI with clarity, elegance, and consistency.

Role Overview

As an Art Director at Scry AI, you will own the visual language of the brand across digital, print, video, and product marketing assets. You will translate complex AI concepts into compelling visual stories, guide designers and external partners, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to bring campaigns and experiences to life. This role demands strong conceptual thinking, a high design bar, and the ability to balance creativity with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Brand Identity

• Own and evolve the visual identity system for Scry AI and its product suite (Auriga, Collatio, Concentio)
• Create and maintain brand guidelines for typography, layouts, iconography, illustration, and color usage
• Ensure brand consistency across websites, decks, campaigns, courses, events, and product-facing visuals

Visual Design & Asset Production

• Lead the design of marketing collaterals including landing pages, social creatives, brochures, case studies, and presentations
• Conceptualize and oversee visuals for product videos, motion graphics, and explainer content
• Guide the creation of infographics, diagrams, and UI mockups that make complex AI workflows easy to understand

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with marketing to translate campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and storyboards
• Work with product and UX teams to align product visuals with the overall brand narrative
• Provide clear direction and feedback to in-house designers, freelancers, illustrators, and video teams

Quality, Process, and Innovation

• Set and uphold high design standards, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
• Establish design workflows, templates, and systems to speed up production while keeping consistency
• Explore new formats, styles, and visual trends that can differentiate Scry AI in the enterprise AI market

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and complex technical topics represented visually
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere)
• Experience collaborating on video, motion graphics, or interactive experiences
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital-first brands
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and mentor junior designers
