  • Working closely with the copy team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief
  • Lead and participate in creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to execution
  • Ideate, develop, design and build dynamic display, rich media, social and CRM materials to support experiential creative with an underlying link to performance
  • Work closely with the creative head, team leaders, designers, and copywriters to develop and deliver successful and award-winning ideas and work
  • Translate client’s marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand appropriate communications
  • Ensure designs and developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessible
  • Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the agency
  • Inspire and lead our talented team of designers, manage their personal development plans and ensure they are learning and growing in their careers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong design ability with a focus on digital
  • Expert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Previous experience in web or digital development
  • Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications
  • Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS would be helpful
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Previous experience delivering personalised email communications
  • Natural creative thinker who is excited about new ideas
  • Passion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs
  • Focused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
  • Strong portfolio is must.
