About the role -

The partnerships team at slice builds strong alliances to expand our ecosystem. We collaborate to create innovative, customer-first banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Act as the primary point of contact with merchant partners for payment-related issues.
  • Investigate transaction failures or delays, coordinate with internal teams, and engage with merchants to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with merchants to drive faster turnaround and prevent repeat issues.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships team to identify recurring issues and recommend process/product improvements.
  • Document resolution steps, learnings, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, merchant support, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership of issue resolution.
  • Comfort with data tracking, using dashboards, and maintaining issue logs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
