Job Overview


We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to lead our efforts in building strong relationships with corporate clients and managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses find solutions through our offerings.


Location - Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively reach out to corporate accounts for daily client meetings and engagement
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales prospects in target sectors
  • Deliver customized presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing with a win-win approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Track industry market trends and competitor activities for strategic insights
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and growth metrics
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior sales team members


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Freshers or experience in corporate/B2B sales or business development or sales field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals with decision-makers
  • Experience with proposal building, deal structuring, and price negotiations
  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus
