Purpose & Overview:

The Order Management team in Bangalore, India supports the Lingerie and Apparel (L&A) Business, covering Victorias Secret and PINK Brands. As part of this team, the Core job involves managing the Purchase Order data being entered into the systems about the Order Management process. This role relies heavily on data accuracy, an eye for detail, and timely task completion as per established performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing and delivering Core Order Management work (New Vendor Purchase Order [VPO]
  • Completion and Amendments to existing VPOs) with accuracy
  • Update VPO and Release to Vendor within pre?defined SLA
  • Ensuring adherence to process by calling out exceptions and escalating in a timely manner
  • Maintaining high levels of Accuracy in the work executed
  • Meet predefined timelines in the turnaround of allocated tasks
  • Handle Brand communications and other Internal Email Communication as necessary
  • Ensuring all assigned ELearnings & Training are completed as per schedule
  • Actively participating in Internal meetings and workshops
  • Updating Daily work list & track log

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Average to above Average Data Management and Analytical skills
  • High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Should be self motivated, self driven, and time-bound
  • Flexible to adapt to Changes and Business requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in in Order Management.
  • Previous experience of using SAP, Sales Force would be an added advantage

Education:

  • Graduate from a recognized establishment in any discipline.
