CeSqua is a dermatologist-led skincare company that formulates multi-active products specifically for melanin-rich skin in humid climates. Our objective is to translate peer-reviewed dermatological research into concise, effective routines for consumers across India and beyond.

Focus Area Key Tasks

Reddit Strategy & Execution

  • Map and prioritise relevant subreddits (e.g., r/IndianSkincareAddicts, r/SkincareAddiction).
  • Produce a weekly calendar of posts, comments, and AMAs.
  • Monitor discussions, respond to questions, and escalate product feedback.
  • Ensure all activity complies with subreddit rules and Reddit policies.

SEO Blog Content

  • Conduct keyword research for long-tail, high-intent terms (e.g., "azelaic acid for Indian skin").
  • Draft 5-6 search-optimised articles per month (1,000–1,500 words each).
  • Integrate internal links, meta tags, schema recommendations, and on-page best practices.
  • Coordinate with the design team for supporting graphics and publish to the CMS.

Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Repurpose high-performing Reddit content into blog ideas, social posts, and email snippets.
  • Share weekly performance summaries (karma, clicks, organic traffic, rankings) with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Reddit user with demonstrable engagement history (posts, comments, or AMAs).
  • 6+ months of content-writing experience, including published SEO articles or blog posts.
  • Proficiency with keyword-research and optimisation tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner).
  • Strong written English; ability to adjust tone for clinical topics and community conversations.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and reporting in Google Sheets or Looker Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience moderating or managing a subreddit.
  • Working knowledge of Reddit Ads Manager or other paid-social platforms.
  • Understanding of skincare or dermocosmetic terminology.
