Job Description

Monolithia is looking for a self-motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to help us strengthen our brands digital presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Reddit, and Google Business.

Youll be responsible for content creation, digital strategy execution, and lead generation campaigns that directly contribute to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms
- Build and execute digital strategies focused on visibility and lead generation
- Strengthen our presence on Google Business and community platforms like Quora and Reddit
- Participate in forums and conversations that align with our services and audience
- Use AI tools and design platforms to optimize content workflows
- Track performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements

What Were Looking For:

- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Reddit, and Quora
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently

Bonus Points:

- Experience using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, or other AI-based platforms
- Completed any online/offline digital marketing course
- Demonstrated success in past marketing projects or campaigns with measurable results

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 months
- Certificate and letter of recommendation on completion
- Top-performing interns may be offered a permanent role at Monolithia

Compensation Details:

First month will be unpaid (performance evaluation period)

Following the initial unpaid evaluation period, you can choose between the following options:

1. A fixed stipend of up to 3000/month, based on performance, decided by the company management.
2. Or a performance-based payout, flexible and tied to the value your work brings to the company

You decide what works best stable monthly pay or reward for high-impact contributions.
