The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales for product for column internals and mass transfer products , managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsSales and Marketing skillsExperience in developing sales strategies and generating leadsAbility to manage and motivate a sales teamStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent client relationship managementProven track record of achieving sales targetsExperience in the engineering or manufacturing industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
