Our Next-Gen AI R&D team is at the forefront of this mission, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with artificial intelligence.The Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX Designer to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications that will revolutionize our product offerings. You will work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.Responsibilities:Stay current with emerging UX trends—especially in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX—and integrate relevant practices into team workflows.Design user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.Champion AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Galileo AI) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.Qualifications:Must Have:Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design for AI or complex software applications.Hands-on experience in designing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.Hands-on with AI-native design tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, Magician, Galileo) and UI generation from structured logic.Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.Nice to Have:Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.Portfolio showcasing strong UX design skills for complex applications.Why Join o9 Solutions?At o9, you'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, working with a dynamic team that's shaping the future of enterprise solutions.
