Job Description:

  • IBP- Lead in Demand, Supply and Response and S&OP is responsible for Designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP IBP in customer organizations.
  • Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around IBP in line with Organizational strategy and goals.
  • Core Expertise in Time Series Planning and OBP
  • Mentoring Junior IBP Team members within the Organization.
  • Helping in Business Development, Sales Support, Fit/Gap Analysis, bring a cross functional view to Supply Chain Planning
  • Building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP.
  • No of Implementations should be at least two End to End IBP implementations not including Rollouts Mandatory.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Engineering
  • Mandatory 8 to 10 years of Supply Chain Planning Experience with at least Five+ years in SAP IBP.
  • Desirable Experience in PP/ PPDS/ MRP
  • Experience in Inventory Optimization / MRO / DDMRP will be an added advantage
  • Exposure to other Planning Platforms like Kinaxis/BY/O9
  • Cross Functional Supply Chain Planning Domain Experience will be an added advantage.
  • Other Planning solutions would be an added advantage.
  • IBP Certification is an added advantage.

Process Knowledge:

  • Deep Process understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning familiarity expertise with SCOR (Supply chain operations reference) model is preferred technology agnostic.
  • Expertise in at least two industries eg, CPG, Agro, Pharma and Life Sciences etc.

Technical Expertise:

  • Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with expertise in IBP for Demand, Sales and Operational Planning & Supply & Response
  • Deep knowledge and experience in end-to-end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries.
  • Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.
  • Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and Business user training sessions.
  • Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios, create planning areas, define key figure calculations, create planning view, application jobs and other set up required to build Demand and S and OP.
  • Good knowledge in S&OP Heuristic & Optimizer algorithm.
  • Very good understanding of ECC Master data and Transaction data from planning standpoint along with writing specifications for CPI tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
  • Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.
  • Conduct training and be a mentor for junior IBP team members.
