Job Title - Compliance officer


Responsibilities:


  • Answer Queries received on system and email on timely manner
  • Follow up for compliance documents via calls, emails and messages
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Responsible for achieving assigned service level agreements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Manage to get candidates compliant for the role/counties according to end client requirements including but not limited to assigning training as per the


Job roles

  • Attending regular client connect to ensure they have all update about compliance and mobility for their candidates
  • Responsible for booking mobility (booking flights, hotels and cars) for the candidates as per their project requirements
  • Coordinate with Suppliers for VISA applications
  • Responsible for handling Payroll related queries for


candidates Requirements and skills:


  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Keen attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using booking portals (flight, hotel, car)
  4. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  5. Well organized in completing assigned task
