As we expand operations in South Mumbai, we are hiring high-performing graduates who aspire to build long-term careers as consultants. This opportunity is suited for academically strong individuals who are sharp, analytical, and confident communicators — with a real interest in business systems and enterprise technology.

Role Overview

This is a consulting track role that begins with structured training and transitions into active client-facing assignments. You will be working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders based in the UK, helping to solve business problems, design SaaS-based solutions, and support successful project delivery.

You will gain direct exposure to global consulting projects in the finance and enterprise applications domain, and will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, documentation, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and finance process discussions
• Assist in documenting business requirements and functional process flows
• Support solution design for Oracle Financial modules under senior consultant guidance
• Prepare functional documents, test cases, training material, and consolidated data templates
• Work closely with UK-based teams and align to UK working hours
• Support testing, identify issues/defects, perform analysis, and gather user feedback
• Engage professionally with global clients post-training in structured project interactions

What We Are Looking For

Academic Qualifications

• Graduates: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance)
• Must have a consistently strong academic track record across all years
• Only academically strong candidates with high CGPA / percentage should apply

Preferred Candidate Background

• Commerce or Finance background with basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, or consolidation concepts
• Business Management background with exposure to systems, processes, or analysis
• Strong communication skills: must be able to articulate thoughts clearly and handle engaging discussions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Working hours: Must be aligned to UK time zone (11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST approx. during summer time BST.)
