Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction and Support

 Maintain a constant liaison with the customers to understand the

problems/issues being faced by them.

 Collaborate with customer support team at Bangalore for early resolution of

the problems related to the products.


2. Product Evaluation and Analysis:

Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure.

3. Repair and Refurbishment:

(i) Undertake repairs related to mechanical components as per the written

instructions and procedures.

(ii) Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety

procedures.

(iii) Maintain a clean and safe work area.

(iv) Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.

4. Testing and Validation:

 Perform system level testing of mechanical components.

 Ensure proper documentation and report generation.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback to the Bangalore team on suggested changes/improvements to be

done based on the customer feedback.

6. Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer

requirements.

7. Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support.

Qualifications

 B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Mechatronics.

 2-3 years working experience in assembly/manufacturing of electro-mechanical

systems.

 Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes.

 Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable.

 IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries,

chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation.

Skills

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.

 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.


 Basic computer navigation and utilization skills, MS word, email, ppt.
