Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Product Manager at TechAhead in Noida.

The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and leading program management initiatives to drive innovation and digital excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital healthcare products, and experience in working with remote teams across different time zones, driving product development using agile methodologies.

You will be responsible for product roadmapping, capturing and documenting business and technical requirements, managing stakeholders, reporting, and conducting analytics.

This role requires a deep understanding of mobile and web technologies (iOS, Android, React) as well as experience with CMS and EHR integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Roadmapping : Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Requirements Gathering : Capture and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity for engineering and design teams.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, engineers, designers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle.

- Agile & Scrum Leadership : Drive agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvements.

- Act as a product owner in the scrum team, leading backlog refinement and prioritization.

Reporting & Analytics :


- Generate reports and dashboards on key product metrics, user engagement, and project progress.

- Use analytics tools to provide insights and drive product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :


- Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Technical Expertise :


- Leverage deep understanding of mobile and web technologies (iOS, Android, React) to collaborate effectively with development teams.

- Understand the architecture and infrastructure of cloud platforms (AWS) to support technical decisions.

CMS and EHR Integration :


- Manage integrations with content management systems (CMS) and electronic health records (EHR) to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Tool Utilization :


- Proficient in using JIRA, Git, and AWS for product development, tracking, and version control.

Remote Team Leadership :


- Lead distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and productivity.

Communication & Documentation :


- Provide clear and concise communication across all stakeholders and teams.

- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.

Compliance & Security :


- Ensure products meet industry compliance standards such as HIPAA, and implement secure development practices, especially in healthcare products.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in technical product management with a focus on digital healthcare.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations, including HIPAA and data security standards.

- Proven experience with EHR systems, healthcare applications, and CMS platforms.

- Demonstrated experience managing full product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans.

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to incorporate feedback from users to improve products.

- Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams across different time zones.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, able to clearly articulate product vision and technical details to a non-technical audience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Highly adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with telehealth or remote care platforms.

- Knowledge of AI and machine learning as applied to healthcare products.

- Experience with payment gateways, scheduling systems, and telemedicine technologies.
