Job Description :


- Collaborate with PM and engineering teams to define and implement innovative product direction, visuals, and experience solutions.

- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and design decisions.

- Create and refine the information architecture of our products to ensure content is organized logically and efficiently, making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.

- Develop clear and intuitive user flows that guide users through their journey within our apps, optimizing for ease of use, engagement, and conversion.

- Advocate for our users in all aspects of your work.

- Utilize user feedback, usability testing, and analytics to guide your design decisions.

- Mentor design interns and contribute to developing design processes, tools, and standards to elevate the team, and overall quality and efficiency.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of relevant design experience in digital products.


- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.

- Experience in product strategy, information architecture, and creating user flows is essential.

- Visual design sense, skills in typography.

- Experience in articulating and synthesizing design problems and solutions to a cross-functional team.

- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior.

- Ability to use data and user feedback to inform design decisions.

- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and usability testing


- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders at all levels.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong customer empathy, and passion for delivering delightful user experiences.

- To be a constant learner.

Technical Requirements :


- Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a proven ability to create user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.


- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, or InVision for wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive designs.


- Strong skills in visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools for creating high-fidelity designs.


- Experience with user research tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Lookback to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.


- Experience in building and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple products.


- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams and understand technical constraint


- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design.


- Experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello for project management and collaboration.


- Ability to leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to inform design decisions and validate user experience improvements through A/B testing.
