Buncha is a forward-thinking organization committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our products.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product design. We are looking for self-driven individuals who love to find innovative solutions and can perform under pressure while being a creative problem-solver with strong skills in Figma / Sketch who can turn ideas into pixel-perfect designs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.

* Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

* Design high-quality UI elements, layouts, and visual styles for web and mobile applications.

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience.

* Ensure design consistency across all platforms through design guidelines, patterns, and best practices.

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage and execute projects with self-starting attitude, responsibility, and accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Should be comfortable working in evening shift (from 2pm IST onwards)
