Professa is looking for a driven Senior Associate to join our Accelerated Revenue practice and support the growth of our People & Organization consulting work. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with client partners, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end client engagements, from discovery to delivery, ensuring commitments are met on time and with quality.

  • Work closely with client partners to design and execute outreach campaigns, manage partner meetings, and coordinate client interactions.

  • Help build proposals and translate complex people and revenue strategies into clear, actionable plans.

  • Drive research and insights to support client conversations and solution development.

  • Participate in client meetings and represent Professa in external forums when required.

  • Track engagement progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.


Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or HR with exposure to client-facing roles.

  • Based in Mumbai (preferred) to enable close collaboration and in-person mentoring.

  • Strong communicator with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Motivated to learn and grow into a future client partner role.
