About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow System Analyst to join our IT team and play a critical role in the administration, configuration, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with business users, developers, and stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow aligns with our operational goals and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow platform enhancements and support
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functionalities
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and/or ITOM
  • Develop and maintain forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
  • Perform regular platform upgrades, patching, and ensure performance optimization
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and provide documentation for implemented solutions
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and best practices on the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide user training and create documentation on new and existing features

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Analyst or Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Incident/Change Management
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript), workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must; other certifications are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
