Private Banking Team Head - Eastern India (Playing Captain)Location: Kolkata, IndiaJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Banking Team Head in a 'Playing Captain' role to establish and lead our private banking operations in Eastern India. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team from scratch, developing strategic client relationships, and driving the growth of our private banking services.Key Responsibilities:Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing private banking team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure top-tier client service and compliance with regulatory standards.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and their families.Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategies to increase the market share of private banking services in Eastern India, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance private banking offerings tailored to the needs of HNW and UHNW clients.Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives, create and implement sales plans, and track performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.Risk Management: Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks associated with private banking operations.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in private banking services.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
