We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video producer who brings strong storytelling skills and editing finesse to the table. You’ll own the post-production process across formats from snappy reels to compelling performance ads, while also being comfortable supporting basic on-ground shoots when needed.This role is idea first and ideal for someone who understands camera work and the nuances of how content is consumed across various platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Conceptualize, shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content for social, D2C platforms, and paid performance marketing campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.)Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand stories with the right pacing, music, motion graphics, and sound designCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align edits with brand voice and performance goalsKeep projects organized, meet tight timelines, and maintain a consistent visual identityStay current with platform trends, editing styles, and consumer content behavior — especially in the food/lifestyle/D2C spaceWHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?3-5 years of hands-on short format filmmaking experience, preferably for consumer or D2C brandsHighly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe SuiteComfortable with motion graphics, audio mixing, and editingCreative, self-driven, and highly collaborativeA good eye for storytelling and visual designBonus: Experience in food, lifestyle, or wellness contentWHAT WILL YOU GET?A front-row seat to scale a purpose-led FMCG brandFast-paced professional growth and ownershipMentorship from creative and strategic leadersA creative environment that values experimentation and bold thinkingSTARTING DATE - Position Open ImmediatelyLOCATION - Gurugram (NCR)Wholsum Foods is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
